Cusp is an informational tool only. Our recommendations are not financial advice. Reward structures may change without notice, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all calculations at all times. Always verify reward terms directly with your card issuer. Cusp is not affiliated with any bank or credit card company.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

We strive to keep Cusp available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
